Z is for Zen

zen/
noun / emphasizes the value of meditation and intuition.

Zen is a word that calms me down upon my thinking and hearing it. Zen is the space where you can “feel” omnipresent force flowing in all of its wisdom which immediately implements healing and expansion.

Being contracted is stressful. Living the social environment into which we are born and to keep the order of it, we must contract and conform. Because of this we have built in stress. Later we have to find ways to "unwind" which is really expanding.

When most babies are born they extend their arms and legs. Some animal babies immediately stand. In the case of babies born in institutions, they are immediately tied up tight, wrapped and virtually bound. Later when in the arms of the mother, they are often unwrapped as our innate intuition kicks in on a deeper level. We know that the binding of arms hands and fingers goes against the nature of our ability to reach out, explore and expand.

At birth, we often begin our exploration with our hands. Elephants with their trunks. Other animals with their noses.  Being bound is a form of being contracted which is against our true and inner nature which is always expanding from within. Zen allows us to “reset” back to the immediate present which is a very expansive space. We can think and do things in our present that create experiences in the near and far future.

Zen is the space where one can perceive the timeless flow of, tranquility, peace, experience balanced breathing, deep restful sleep, expansion, awareness, presence, inspiration, patience, harmony, beauty, grace, radiance and  luxurious serenity.

Zen is… where God is.
Be well, be happy.... get into your zen space today!
