Yesterday I stood in the pew of a church. When I closed my eyes, the physical environment left my perception (almost completely) with the exception of the bench that I leaned against to keep my balance.
I wondered about that experience. It's not every time that I close my eyes that the physical world disappears so completely. I really liked that. I felt I was on to something spiritual.
Deepak Chopra and other teachers, (Bashar) say that the world or physical universe is in us. I felt I might be having that experience. When I opened my eyes everything was there, I closed them again, only the bench I was leaning upon was still there.
I believe that life is supposed to be magical. We get to make what we want out of our lives! Woo hoo! The problem is that sometimes we mess it up! (That's when we have to use phrases, like "hot mess" or "rock bottom" or "crisis" and so on... "drama". Life is supposed to be like children going to the beach or a sandbox. Some bring tools (shovels and molds) others arrive without anything so they pick up and mold with their hands (yes, that would be me... no tools!), others lie in the sand immersing themselves into the experience... (not me!). Then when we tire of it, we get up and leave.
This physical life is much more complex than my sandbox analogy and is sometimes challenging to make what I want of it. I am at a transition point. I am looking forward to change and new beginnings! I just have to remember how to create my life. I am ready!
What if everyone lived their true purpose? Life was meant to be joyful and fun. We are all part of the same universal being and we should acknowledge that, all day, every day. We are one. There is no permanent "I" or "You" there is only one spirit that has become EVERYTHING and EVERYONE! Let's be good to each other every day! Heaven is here and now...why wait!

Re "membering" who we are.
The biggest challenge that many of us face in life is lack of (or limited) information.
We are born into the flesh, but we are not the flesh. We say this is "my" body, the same way we say this is my coat.
We are given a name that identifies our flesh, but no one knows who we are when we are born.
We learn to respond to that name given to our flesh.
We learn that we are that person whose name our parents say we are.
We learn to think and act according to the customs of our culture and society.
We learn to act according to what is expected of us in our flesh.
We are NOT generally taught from the spiritual perspective of who we are, why we are here and where we are going.
We are NOT generally taught to discern the deeper meanings of life although there are exceptions in some cultures.
When I was a child I made a promise to myself that I would not forget where I came from.
I came from spirit.
I came from a place where I had direct contact with infinite knowledge flowing like an inner river.
I came from a place of security.
I came from a place of love.
I came from a place of creativity.
I came from a place of freedom.
I came from a place created by the supreme, primal, causal being.
I came from a place where the causal being became all that exists and created and became the environments where everyone and everything exists.
I came from a place where I knew who I was and my connection to my creator.
I held on to this identity until I was 27 years of age.
But then,
I realized that I was living more of a life in spirit.
I was not fully living life as a human being in our culture and society.
I was not living life "normally".
I became a human being.
I became a woman.
I became a mother.
I became a wife.
I became a member of a community.
I became an advocate.
I became a grandmother.
I forgot who I was.
I was lost in the experience of my life.
Now, I am remembering.
Now, I am awakening.
Now, I am remembering, that I forgot.
Now, I am remembering what I promised myself that I would not forget.
Now, I am remembering that I am God living my life as this small character, woman, mother, wife, community member, advocate and grandmother.
Now I am remembering what I forgot and promised myself that I would not forget.
Now, I am remembering that I am the drop of God that misses the ocean of God.
Now, I am remembering that I am still and will always be within God.
Now, I am remembering this is true of all.

I believe
I believe that I am eternal.
I believe that the primary being (that which man calls God) is all that is in diverse forms.
I believe that I am completely free to express who I am.
I believe that everyone and everything I meet is that primary being interacting with me.
I am content in this knowledge.
I am at peace.
I am ready to transcend into my true expression of who I am.

I believe..,
I Believe
By vishali
I believe there is one omnipresent being that is intelligent and is inherent in all that is - including all that we imagine.
I believe that being is interacting through all, causing unlimited, magical, amazing experiences through itself to delight itself.
I believe that we (all of us who hold to our unique individuality) have a multidimensional existence and we joyfully agree to emerge as suns, moons, stars, human beings, animals, insects, birds, fish, trees, rocks and more because it is fun to experience life within the amazing diversity of these forms and their unique forums.
I believe the omnipresent, being is aware of each individual (that appears separate from the other) from the sun and other stars to the microbes that exist within the fabric of our systems and views the existence of each as equally valuable.
I believe that we are all eternal because our individualities and the material substance that make up our forms and the forum in which we find ourselves is comprised of the omnipresent being (whose intelligent desire) created us.
I believe that when any of us…. pause for a time, we come to know that this being (which is intelligent, secure, blissful and unconditionally loving) is within.
I believe that “I” of me is God.
Here are words of instruction. I am that “I AM.” Be still and know that “I” am God.
Everything is God and God is everything!
