Good news! ABC affirmations is now a little book!
Sometimes we get stressed out and when we do, finding a way to become peaceful enough to get in touch with our life-energy can be challenging. This little book is created for the purpose of relaxing and finding a peaceful place within yourself so you can feel the flow of your own life-energy. This little book is not intended to replace any professional medical, mental or physical health services.
My intent is to share - in a fun, short and simple way - a few positive words using the American English alphabet system. I chose it because I don’t have a lot of patience and there are only 26 letters! I know that we can all receive inspiration and that positive words can be shared by all.
Creativity is infinite. When you feel relaxed, peaceful and happy, you can write your own little book and pay it forward!

Understanding the setting in which this historical story unfolded
The Christian "New Testament" begins by the advent of a man named Jesus. Jesus, according to the story, was the son of a young woman.
His mother was found to be pregnant before her marriage. Although initially, her future husband had planned to divorce her, he changed his mind and continued his life with the mother and child. Later the writers share that more children were born to the couple.
The family lived in very difficult times, cruelty went unchecked, homicidal behaviors were part of daily life as were other social ills such as disease, poverty and ethnic isolation. For those experiencing the least of social prosperity; begging, prostitution, servitude were the obvious pathways to survival.
According to the gospels we are presented with various forms of government in place providing differing rights and freedoms for Roman citizens of various levels. The environment in which Jesus began his teachings was very distressed with little hope for improvement. The thinking at the time according to the gospels seemed to imply that only revolution or war would end the disparate conditions that ethnic tribes were experiencing. Two pathways emerged, the path of spiritual enlightenment and development and the path of war. Under the rule of the Romans the defeated ethnic tribes were not strong enough to defend right actions or to protect the innocent in any war.
In the centuries that followed there were several collections of books and writings that shared the best wisdom of the many tribes and scholars, curated to ensure that the best intellectual and spiritual texts were preserved. The story of a mock trial, torture, humiliation followed by death and hanging was presented in a collection of writings. Some writings also presented a reappearance of Jesus after he was buried. The story shares that his body was removed by by powerful beings, and that later he reached out and continued teaching his closest followers.
In the aftermath, the people suffered and their tribes were all but destroyed. For those who were left, flight into oblivion was their only option. Later the Roman government collapsed due to corruption, conspiracies and war. From this collapse the Christian religion was founded and empowered.

New Book: What Jesus Really Said...and Did
The historical account of the person we call Jesus was one where he came healing, feeding and enlightening. In return for the truths he shared, we are told that he was tortured and hung on a tree. Later, members of his tribe and their descendants were totally disbanded, scattered by force of death to the ends of the Earth.
So what was the message that was so important that certain individuals wanted him and his line removed from the annals of history? It was this simple truth. "As you believe, so shall you receive."
Just that simple truth is enough to liberate an entire planet of beings from systems of bondage. The barrier to remembering this is that we are overwhelmed by distractions that keep us from focusing on what we truly believe. We are absolutely creative in our nature. Imagination is the tool (that we all have) that we can at any time manifest things (out of heaven within) into the external world. These and other simple but liberating truths were shared and proven that brought hope to his tribe.
However, others had expanded their own environments (kingdoms, states, etc.) often by force. The creation of their world involved engaging their minds (by threat of death - which people believed) and therefore their lives into their reality. Jesus came along and simply taught everyone about the power within each of them, how to use it and be well. Regarding the complaint of taxes during that time Jesus said, "Render unto Caesar that which is Caesar's!"
The moment you stop believing in a thing, you diminish its power over YOU.
As you believe so shall you receive. Once again, we have the answer to how we can change the world at any time. It's what Jesus really said and did.

26 days to centering - Start with the letter A!
Dear reader,
This little ABC book has been prepared as a process to focus on what really matters. What really matters is in each of us.
If you are ready to go a little deeper in thought, you will have to turn your focus within. Since that can be difficult, I have prepared some A to Z “food” for your thoughts to help. Focus on one alphabet set a day for 26 days. You will find that focusing on one at a time allows you to settle down, within. Thoughts build upon one another. As you consider these thoughts, others will rise within you. It is the way our world works, magically, miraculously, creatively and thoughtfully.
In this book I refer to God or universe. It is my understanding through my life experiences that there is a presence greater than myself causing and sustaining life and our existence. It is that omnipotent, eternal, aware causal force that I am referring to. God is the “I” in I am. We are the “am” in I am. We are often so distracted that we don’t consider what that really means. This little book will serve as a stepping stone to that consideration.

Unconditional love
It has been said that people want unconditional love...
If that is true, then what is it?
Unconditional love is NOT:
That is what conditional love is and maybe some of us want that kind of love instead.
Well here is something to consider... when love is flowing between us, all of the above is INSPIRED to happen... it happens because during that free flowing energy... love knows what to do!
Unconditional love:
Love is always there showing grace and beauty giving you a reason to be happy.
We always have unconditional love with us in some form... below are two examples of unexpected, unconditional love in my life! I have no control over what they think, do or say... and I experience love whenever I am with them.
If that is true, then what is it?
Unconditional love is NOT:
- love with the "condition" of expectation or demand,
- love with the "condition" that you love ONLY ME or that I love ONLY YOU!
- love with the "condition" that you place MY NEEDS OVER YOURS or that I place YOUR NEEDS OVER MINE!
- love with the "condition" that you CALL ME everyday or any day or that I CALL YOU every day or any day.
- love with the "condition" that you SPEND YOUR TIME with me or that I SPEND MY TIME with you!
- love with the "condition" that you REMEMBER WHAT I like and the places that I like to go or that I REMEMBER what you like and the places that you like to go.
- love with the "condition" that you FOCUS ON ME or that I FOCUS ON YOU.
- love with the "condition" that you DO WHAT I WANT or that I DO WHAT YOU WANT.
That is what conditional love is and maybe some of us want that kind of love instead.
Well here is something to consider... when love is flowing between us, all of the above is INSPIRED to happen... it happens because during that free flowing energy... love knows what to do!
Unconditional love:
- is a great flowing force of pure, positive, invigorating energy
- uplifts, inspires and delights the experiencers!
- is freedom, happiness and well being!
- is being "in" love and having the experience of loving.
- is feeling great and in harmony!
- is amazing and energizing!
Love is always there showing grace and beauty giving you a reason to be happy.
- Unconditional love causes you to awaken each morning regardless of what you did the night before.
- Unconditional love keeps your blood circulating, your lungs breathing, and your central nervous system working without your attention to it.
- Unconditional love ensures that the sun shares its warmth and energy with anyone regardless of our deeds.
- Unconditional love ensures that there is a balance in nature that provides enough oxygen to sustain all of us regardless of our deeds.
- Unconditional love is when the fruit of the earth grow so abundantly that there is enough for everyone to share in the bounty.
- Unconditional love is in the continual regeneration of the earth and all (including us) that live within it.
- Unconditional love is the inspiration of greatness and great ideas (the fun stuff we do, create and share with each other) and the energy to bring it all to fruition!

Each day, hour and second.... a new beginning
Each day is a new beginning.
Yesterday is over, passed and cannot be undone.
Each hour is a new beginning.
The hour before it has passed, it is over and cannot be undone.
Each minute is a new beginning.
The minute before has passed, it is over and cannot be undone.
Each second is a new beginning.
The second before has passed, it is over and cannot be undone.
How amazing is that?
I can choose in a second how I want to feel.
I can choose in a second if I want to speak.
I can choose in a second what I want to convey.
I can choose in a second how I will react.
My choice can change the direction of whatever force presents.
That is the power available in each second.
I can awaken to a new start, a "do over" if I wish.
I can change direction, forge a new path.
How magical is that?
I find myself in an amazing world in which I have control through my choices.
It is a subtle power that is little noticed... but that power is there.
We all have that power in each moment.
How wonderful is that?

Getting back to self
Being is the most important aspect of life.
Be here now and in the moment.
Reflections on the past may feel good but is not as productive as being here in the moment.
Reflection on what is going on now puts me in charge.
Being here now puts me in focus on how I feel.
How I feel is extremely important.
Feeling good is even more important.
Feeling good affects my health mentally and physically.
Being is a present tense experience.

Earth Guide: You have a unique purpose
Chapter 3.
You were created out of a desire to grow and express a unique destiny. Only you and God knows what that destiny is and that is why it is important to stay connected with God within yourself. With all the trauma (and distractions) of going through childhood, including the time when you were a baby, as an adult remembering why you came to Earth world can be difficult!
However it is easy to determine your purpose. Pay attention to the ideas and activities that give you a sense of joy when you think about them or engage in them. If an idea makes you feel open and relaxed you are headed in the right direction. If you feel tense or fearful, then you are headed in the wrong direction.
An example of going in the wrong direction could be as follows:
You are seeking employment and you have a set of skills. Perhaps you can type, read instructions well, write and are comfortable greeting people. You like to dress a certain way that blends in with the world. When you look at your jobs list and as you read the descriptions, you might immediately pass over restaurant jobs because you have no experience carrying trays loaded with plates. Instantly we read the words "Waitress or waiter, you feel a resistance to the scenario playing out in your mind. So as soon as you sense the “disaster” you continue on until you read a title like receptionist or office assistant and job listings that describe what you believe you can manage. Your feelings as you read through the list of things you can and are willing to do points you in the right direction.
Another example perhaps you might have experienced this in your days of being a teenager could have been as follows:
Whenever you were able to choose your elective (courses that were not mandated) you looked for art classes. You felt good the moment you know that such a class existed and you even got excited! Your feelings were telling you that you were moving in the right direction toward a greater purpose that only you and God knew about.
God gives us the freedom to choose and we choose best from that place. We choose worse when we are choosing out of fear, for example taking any job because we need money. Besides the challenges that comes with that approach the money is enough of a reward because everyday we face it with stress. Stress can eat away at you moment by moment and can lead you to unhealthy pathways in which other challenges seemingly unrelated present.
You have a purpose. God the master artist has created every living being and seemingly non-living thing in the universe with a unique purpose. Much like when a master artist paints or sculpts, every item created is with a purpose. You only need to check in with your inner guidance to discover yours if you haven’t already.

Earth Guide: You are here!
You are here!
Where is here? In this very moment. You are present now, you are breathing, feeling, sensing being aware now…. not yesterday and not tomorrow.
If you are reading this book or someone is reading it to you. You are right here in this very moment present in the earth and within your inner self. Additionally you are in the place where you are reading or hearing this information. Become aware of the fact that you will not remain “here” as “a next moment“ will present you with options for activity.
The world environment is set in motion with a timer. 24 hours, 60 minutes, 60 seconds. This is the first “ride” we experience on earth. The Time ride. We stay on this ride the whole time, but to experience it fully, the potential for adventure must occur constantly (non-stop) within seconds.
The options presented in the next moment could be as simple as stretching and yawning or as significant as getting up to go to another place. As each moment of time presents and you make a decision about what your are going to do, it passes and you “travel” on a pathway to another experience. Often forgetting where your focus was in the moment before.
Your life will go on from moment to moment with opportunities of various kinds for you to first consider, then respond to. This is a very important perspective to maintain at all times. It will help you control your physical, mental and emotional environment. So be alert to the changes that present each moment. Be as fully present in you current moment and stay focused enough to complete your thoughts, tasks or intentions. Only then should you respond to the next opportunity.
I am reminding you of this because forgetting to maintain this perspective will allow you to become lost. Earth and all that you will experience is similar to a multidimensional amusement park. All of its "rides" (we call them experiences) are temporary.

Vishali is a great soul who came to the earth 56 years ago and became lost in the “world”.
Although childhood was sometimes challenging, she was always happy. Any tears shed during her childhood were exceptionally temporary no matter the injustice. After any challenge and once alone, she reverted to her naturally happy inner world. Her early adult years were similar. When challenges presented she easily rebounded. Her life seemed to be one happy adventure.
A chain of events occurred in her life and a series of personalities entered. This was the beginning of her descent into the “world”. The world that we all live in but experience differently. Years passed, dramas came and went, Slowly and - ever so gently - she fell from her personal happy reality into the reality of others.
After many years of trying to be good in the world of others, succeeding much of the time, she succumbed to the pitfalls of her journey. Finding herself lost and traveling around and around in circles, she realized, she was lost. She was no longer happy and couldn’t remember when her happiness flow had stopped. Her life had become toxic and filled with clutter.
Her home was cluttered, her bookshelves were cluttered, her closets and drawers were cluttered, her yard was cluttered, even her window ledges were cluttered!
She began to wonder if she were to be buried under all of the clutter around her. She didn’t think of herself as a hoarder, what did it all mean?
She was even cluttered with people. At home there was not enough space for her because of all of the people living there. The people clutter continued at work. There was not enough space for the team at work because of limited work space.
What did this clutter mean she wondered? As she pondered she realized that in the case of the people, she had invited them in both at home and at work. She wondered how she would survive the pressure of it all. The problem of being in the reality of others is that you are not where you are supposed to be.
Each of us is the center of our own reality and when we move out of that center to become a peripheral part of someone else’s reality, we are lost. Her way of coping only added to her pressure. Unable to articulate her needs without causing discomfort to others, she was lost for quite some time.
One day contemplating her unhappiness, she remembered her former state of happiness. She remembered how open and hopeful she had been in her younger years and even not so younger years. She remembered that she created her world. She remembered that whatever she wanted, she could have. She remembered God and how the process worked!
As she thought about the processes and the lack of information available, she said to God… there should be a manual. There is a car manual, a manuel for your appliances, and there are even guides for amusement parks, which by the way...Earth is… why not a manual for living on earth?
Vishali, decided that delivering the product of a guide to Earth Life was a worthy project. With permission from God...she determined to create and distribute that guide.

Welcome to Earth!
If you are reading this guide, you should consider yourself very fortunate. Others before you have had to rely on very lengthy texts (bibles and other writings) that are exceptionally hard to read through.
This guide will serve as a simple map for getting through your life with the least amount of stress.
First things first!
- Know who and... where you are. God is in you and you are in God.
Knowing this, you will never be lost! When you feel uncomfortable or uneasy or even afraid, remember and say to yourself. :God is in me and I am in God." You will find comfort in this truth (thought) and within your comfort, you will become calm and able to receive instruction on what to do next.
So…..What is God?
God is a being (you) becoming eternally. You are becoming because of God's being. Being and becoming are two parts of one whole.
The process of becoming is the amazing journey of highs and lows, positives and negatives that work together to make the amazing worlds and experiences we delight in. The processes are indeed multidimensional, multifaceted and amazingly complex. Still it is the same process dividing and only seemingly separating from being into becoming from darkness into light, from negative into positive from internal to external.
Your physical form is an expression of the internal externally.
