Each day, hour and second.... a new beginning

Each day is a new beginning.
Yesterday is over, passed and cannot be undone.
Each hour is a new beginning.
The hour before it has passed, it is over and cannot be undone.
Each minute is a new beginning.
The minute before has passed, it is over and cannot be undone.
Each second is a new beginning.
The second before has passed, it is over and cannot be undone.
How amazing is that?
I can choose in a second how I want to feel.
I can choose in a second if I want to speak.
I can choose in a second what I want to convey.
I can choose in a second how I will react.
My choice can change the direction of whatever force presents.
That is the power available in each second.
I can awaken to a new start, a "do over" if I wish.
I can change direction, forge a new path.
How magical is that?
I find myself in an amazing world in which I have control through my choices.
It is a subtle power that is little noticed... but that power is there.
We all have that power in each moment.
How wonderful is that?
