Being is the most important aspect of life.
Be here now and in the moment.
Reflections on the past may feel good but is not as productive as being here in the moment.
Reflection on what is going on now puts me in charge.
Being here now puts me in focus on how I feel.
How I feel is extremely important.
Feeling good is even more important.
Feeling good affects my health mentally and physically.
Being is a present tense experience.
Today, all day, I intend to be here now.
